Chocolate swiss roll
Ingredients:
- 65g SR Flour
- 60g Caster sugar
- 40g Cocoa powder
- 4 Eggs
- Chocolate butter cream
Method:
Preheat oven to 200° and grease and line a regular baking tray approx. 33 x 23cm
Beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy and then sieve the flour and cocoa powder into the mixture. Gently fold in with a metal spoon and pour into your tray.
Bake in the centre of the oven for 8 – 10 minutes & then turn it out onto another piece of greaseproof paper that is slightly larger and roll up and leave to cool.
When cold, fill with chocolate butter cream and roll back up.
Optional : You can cover with melted chocolate
